fleet sizes

I started a game using Normal Fleet Size, then later on, switched it to a Large Fleet, which bumped my limit up to 2500 (with fully upgraded Fleet Logistics). However in the game summary, it shows max fleet slots to be 5000. I thought it might have had to do with changing it when loading the save, so I started a new game selecting the Large Fleet, but the Fleet Logistics menu still only showed max upgrade to be 2000. Has anyone else seen this?

It's showing 5,000 because when you develop graphs and charts, you leave room at the top for scientific purposes. If no one on a match had a fleet limit exceeding 1,000, then the summary would probably top out at 1,000, as the next lower logical graph limit.

It seems the Summary uses, primarily, the 5's and 10's scheme for charting the graph.
