A very early question about fantasy game's requirements

While I'm not expecting any info about the game itself yet, I'd like to ask a question in the hopes someone at Stardock could provide the answer (assuming they even know the answer yet).

Will the fantasy 4X game run (acceptably) on a newer integrated Intel graphics chipset like the X3100?

I'm trying to settle on a new laptop in the coming days.  I know these chipsets really suck, but I don't intend to do a whole lot of gaming on it.  I'd just like to have GalCiv2 and the new fantasy game on it.  I know GalCiv2 won't be a problem, since it even runs on the 2 year old integrated graphics on my current laptop.

I know we're a long ways off from knowing the official system requirements, but I'm just curious if you Stardock folks have a feel for whether the fantasy game will run.  I'm guessing you have some idea of your target minimum specs.  I don't care if I have to scale down the graphics to 1990-era 2D sprites, as long as I can still play. ;)

Can't say anything re fantasy game, but personally I'd always take discrete graphics if it's an option. Even a Geforce 8400M is better than intel integrated. And Intel's driver support of late has been even worse than nVidia's (and that's no small feat).

Yeah, unfortunately it's not an option on some of the models I'm looking at. So to get discrete graphics, I actually need to switch to a different brand entirely, and make compromises elsewhere. Stupid hardware companies...
