What I believe

I believe in Karma. Karma the universal law of cause and effect, reap what you sow. I believe every action has a reaction. I believe in Karma. I believe we all get what we give. I believe that everything you say and think has as much weight as what you do. If you think it, it is as good as doing it.

I believe that life is what we make of it. I believe that good and evil is part of the same coin. One cannot exist without the other. Like light and dark without one we wouldnt understand what the other is like. I believe we have a choice in what we focus on, whether we have good or evil in our lives. I believe our karma has a great influence on this decision. I believe we are part of a collective consciousness. I believe because of this collective consciousness we can influence and effect it with our decision, our will.

I believe that imagination is powerful. I believe in this simplicity which is very powerful. I believe that by our decision mountains are able to be moved. I believe we are inherantly divine. I believe this divinity is constantly changing. I believe divinity is evolving and experiencing through the collective consciousness.

I believe there is no time or distance. I believe that we are all connected through this collective consciousness. I believe that this collective consciousness is like cells in our bodies, making one big body called humanity.

I believe that we are spiritual beings having a human experience.  I believe in karma, that you really do reap what you sow somewhere down the line...I believe that we are all interconnected, and that, whether I realize it or not, my actions affect others.

I believe that there are many paths to god, and that god had many names and many faces. 

Finally, I believe that everything happens for a reason, and that it's not what happens to you, it's how you react to it that really matters.

Sorry, I just had to.

I do believe in what goes around comes around... maybe not in a way that we can always see, and maybe not in ways that we may think is necessarily fair, but we reap what we sow. Bad things happen to good people and vice versa, but I think it does even out over time. And if it doesn't... well, I count my blessing whenever I can and I'm happy with that.

To be quite honest Phoenixboi, I have been composing a pretty lengthy entry along these lines as my 100th blog. It is too large to post here, I will just toss that idea out so when it pops up in a couple weeks you will know that I wasn't really trying to steal your idea, we just thought the same thing at about the same time.

Bad things happen to good people and vice versa, but I think it does even out over time. And if it doesn't... well, I count my blessing whenever I can and I'm happy with that.

Honestly? I believe this is it. This is what we get. There's no divine guidance and no one to hold responsible for the things that happen. It just is. We have to be good people now because we don't get a second chance.
