Cant play online.... account name not found

Ok.... this really sucks, i just came over to a friends house, and installed SoaSE on  his spare computer, updating it, etc, ok we wanna play online against some others, and When i try to log in using my account.. it tells me Account name not found....

I was just playing at my house like 30 minutes ago.

Are you sure you made an ICO account before? Bear in mind that the account you created to register the game and use the forums is separate from the ICO system, so unless you already played on ICO, you probably did not create an ICO account yet.

yes I have, ive played online tons of times, my Login for the forums is my email, billy-cunningham@&&&***

and my login to the Ironclad online is: Mackdaddy2887

i already have two names that I play on: Mack and Gramps

Is there any way to reset your account? After creating my account for ironclad online, it refuses to let me log in. I am always met with the response

"Account name not found"

In that case, contact [email protected] with your ICO account name and serial, and they should be able to get it figured out.

Also, make sure that you have applied the update to the copy installed at your friends house.
