Help, ICO says my CD Key has already been registered

I bought this game so I'd be able to use it online and now I can't seem to get online with it. First it told me that My Ironclad Online client was out of date, so I used my CD Key to register the game here and get the update. Now it won't let me make an Ironclad Online account because it claims my CD Key is already in use. I've tried to use the username that I made here but it claims that there is no such name registered on ICO. Can anyone tell me who I could contact to get through this?

ICO accounts are indeed separate from the one you made to get the patch and use the forums. If ICO won't let you create an account, please contact [email protected] with the CD key you're using and they should be able to get you going.
