I am so excited. I just got on the scale and it told me that I had lost nearly 15lbs since the last time I had got weight, which was at the school physical. I'm so happy! I'm almost back to the weight that I want to be at! I guess running outside at your house on your own time really pays off instead of just running at soccer practice. And all of those crunches and sit-ups! Whoever came up with those are genious! I think that now I might have to go out and buy smaller jeans now, because the ones I have are getting to where if I don't wear a belt with them then they'll fall right off of me.
It hasn't just been exercise either. I've actually been trying to watch what I eat too. Ususally I don't eat as much as I used to at lunch any more. Most of the time I buy 1-2 things of string cheese, maybe some french fries or either a piece of pizza. And most times I hardly get anything for dinner because by that time all of it is gone when I get home from soccer practice and after school events. So I just simply try to snack on something healthy. And my number one solution is eating Fruit Loops!!! They're so awesome. I usually eat those for breakfast if I have time to eat before I go to school. It's great! Like right now, I'm sitting here eating out of a box of Fruit Loops! Although I've ate like half the box already.....oops! hehe. They only have like 100 calories per 2 cups I think. Or something like that. And afterwards when Im finished on here I think I'm going to go outside and take a jog or something. I have a lot of hills around my house too, so they're also helpful for when I go jogging or running outside. Now, I would just like to lose like 5-10 more pounds.
I know most people that have seen my picture think I'm really skinny or something, but see that's the problem. You're not seeing the bottom half of me, just my face. I'm really ashamed of what I weighed at physicals, but now I'm happy. I'm thinking the reason I weighed as much as I did is because my legs are like cement. They're nothing but muscle, no lie. And we all know how muscles weight more than fat does so maybe that's why, I don't know. But I'm still happy!

Watching your weight isn't always easy. I know I'm watching what I eat, and it's paying off, but still, it's hard to eat healthy in this rush and go society. Go fig newtons!
