Election Crash for Party Additions from GalCiv Library

I have been playing as the Activists from BigShot's Party Pack, downloaded from the GalCiv Library. Each time I encounter the first election, the game crashes. Please advise!

I was able to fix this by taking the info from the partypack.party to the bonusparties.party file. However, if I submit this score, will I be marked a cheater and derided for all eternity?
