stuff getting fixed?

I'm running 1.02 (because my game computer doesn't have Internet access so I'm restricted to only web-downloadable updates), and I'm wondering if all these "little bugs" are going to be fixed. Minor things such as:

Minor race picture not updated correctly when switching between screens.

Incorrect/incomplete info given when clicking buttons on negotiation screen. (For example, all races always indicate they are at war with 'Space Sharks' even though there is no such thing.)

When loading from saved game, some information given on the first intro "annual update" screen is incorrect.

Information given by 'low level' espionage is already available for free elsewhere. (Such as the size of the enemy's treasury which is freely available on the negotiation screen, and population size which is freely available by selecting enemy starsystems and adding them up.)

GIA?

When making changes in the Domestic Policy screen, the 'F2' panel does not update. You have to hit F2 or click the onscreen button to see changes in production/morale.

When moving the Military/Social/Research sliders in the Domestic Policy screen, the resulting numbers often continue to change when clicking to other screens or doing other seemingly unrelated things. Eventually the numbers stabilize, but it is quite annoying to have to click randomly all over the interface several times in order to make the Military/Social/Research numbers stabilize.

There are many other similarly minor cosmetic inconsistencies throughout the interface. They don't affect gameplay all that much, but they do all conspire together to ruin the atmosphere and give the overall impression of this being a low-budget game. Is there a concerted effort being made to 'polish out' these types of bugs in coming updates?

Bob say there is space shark. Thought called Bulas. EVERYBODY fight Bulas whether see them or not. On general principle. Bobo agree on other minor bugs but he say does not ruin atmosphere for him. Bomb fall on house while playing GalCiv ruin atmosphere.
