JOEUSER I Need a way above average JoeUser ; too many haters here

I came here to JoeUser because I was researching a murder commited by Christian brothers. The hits I received included JU. Not hard to tell why.
At least I know now why so many Military men are killing their wives.

I realize now that I came here to try and help someone , and I hope I have.

I am self employed with my own Company, so I can spend any amount of time I want doing whatever. But places like this are a waste of time.

I read a post where they said "you'd better be good to them , or they'll delete you" WHAT?

Do you guys really think it's an HONOR to come here and rag about who's nails you don't like , and who's soft drink exploded, and what lies you can tell
about everything under the sun? What hatred you have for Islam or the girl down the street , or those who gave you some petty inconvenience for a small moment during the day?

To come here and waste time ragging on how ( boo hoo ) someone cut you off in traffic or honked their horn at you?

Most of you don't even READ the posts you respond to. You read what you want to read.

Anyone who disagrees with you is scum , and you put down people that you don't know.

While I'll bet there are quite a few worthwhile people here, almost all of you are addicted to something that will get you NOWHERE.
You are hooked on this crap because you can hate with ease. Or you are terribly lonely. Whatever - you are hooked.

This is not my cup of tea. I have to spend too much time explaining to those who can't even research themselves. They just say you lie.
That's fine, because I have proven them wrong.

It's not a wonderful thing to be here day after day , blog after blog , lie after lie - it's pathetic.

I need a " way above average Joe " , you can all stay here where you belong. Those of you who do have a brain : There are better things to do with your time.

So long and don't let the door hit you in the behind then.  This place is what you make of it.  If you feel it is a waste of your time, quit wasting your time.  Some of us like to blog for the sake of getting things off their chest, sharing experiences and learning about others.  To say it is pathetic and not fit for anyone with a brain is arrogant nonsense.

Oh the irony.....

Like I said before..buh bye now.  See ya. So long.  If you don't like it here, don't stay.  As far as I'm concerned your departure won't be a great loss.

Oh, and go read Draginol's (he owns the site, just so you know) article about complaining about the free ice cream on your way out.  You might find it somewhat enlightening.

Don't point, because your own three fingers is pointing at yourself.

Wow, two in the same day where I'd like to mark the main blog article itself as a troll. That's pretty rare!

Me too!  Me too!  Oh, how I'd love to have a 'trolling' rating for the main article!

Oh , I am so hurt . NOT. You deserve this place , and it deserves you. You are actually well below average.

Free Ice Cream? It's more like free phlegm. And you've made it that way , time wasters.

so, why do you keep posting?

Typical of those who cannot argue on the facts. They then resort to name calling and taking their marbles home.

As for the hate, just remember those 3 fingers. Or in your case, it sounds like 6 since you are trying to point with both hands.

I may get trolled for this... but, ah, who cares...

As for the hate, just remember those 3 fingers.

Three fingers??? Look, I got one finger for you (not you, Dr. Guy)... on each hand... And while I've been known to use those fingers in haste, I've never used them for hate.

Who's gonna troll chiprj? May it never be!

(P.S. I really didn't.)

Oh, I've been trolled before... HAHAHAHA!!!! Apparently, it's not good manners to pick on someone's spelling...

How 'bout their punctuation?

Well, I don't know about punctuation. I'd probably get corrected a lot and run out of trollings each day, if that were my policy since my idea of punctutation is to leave it out of the main text and then at the end of my article put a big block of -

,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,.....................?????????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"""""""""""":::::::::::::::;;;;;;;;;;;

With a note saying, 'You put 'em where you want 'em! I don't care!'

But what if I have some left over? What do I do with them?

You can save 'em for when you need 'em... I've never know a person who couldn't do with an extra colon or two...

Yeah, but I don't want to walk around with a lumpy pocket full of quotation marks and periods all day . . . here . . . you take 'em and do something with 'em . . . I will keep one extra exclamation point, though . . . it might be good to poke someone in the eye with!

I think she/he does protest too much!

Like JillUser said, "This place is what you make of it. If you feel it is a waste of your time, quit wasting your time. Some of us like to blog for the sake of getting things off their chest, sharing experiences and learning about others". Well said by the way!

It's a free world and everyone is entitled to their opinions. As for the boo hooers, I''m one of those people who comes to this forum and write to get things off my chest and sometimes I even get to hear someone elses point of view - free counseling - what more can you ask for? Quit trying to belittle everyone and do what you say "you came here to try and help someone". Don't be so judgemental.

Different strokes for different folks. I think sitting in an icestorm watching a football game is stupid (or in good weather for that matter, I personally detest sports), but I don't go to football games bitching about it!

Wise words, my friend, wise words.

I'd sit in an icestorm if it were this sport.

Frankly (and I know this won't make me really popular here), but I think he's got some valid points. It's pretty venemous here at times, hell, even Brad's felt it's OK to freely insult me from time to time. So ya, there's more than a fair share of "haters" here, as liveletlive puts it.

Course, it does make you wonder why he bothered to post - obviously he wanted to share something with the rest of us ...

jay, no offense, but (and you obviously realize this)...such is life. I personally am frustrated by people whining because they feel that other people should pussyfoot around their feelings (incidentally, those are the same people who yell "FREE SPEECH!" if you blacklist them or delete their replies off of your blog...apparently that free speech begins and ends at their keyboard).

Live, honestly, I'm sorry you feel that way, but I, for one, refuse to self censor to accomodate the PC crowd; to do so would be to lie to myself about who I am. You may not like that, but that's a fact. I also refuse to demand others to self censor.

Blogging is different things to different people. You can look across my blog, for instance, and find a wide variety of topics on a wide variety of subjects. If I choose to compose a poem culled from blog headlines, for instance, it's not that I've run out of material, it's that I desire a wide variety in my reading, and try to provide it in my writing (which is the reason why BOTH the Libertarian Party platform and the Green Party platform, diametrical opposites, have been presented on my page). Sometimes, levity is appropriate.

Gid,

We self-censor all the time. When we meet someone in the street, at the bakery - whereever, we are generally polite, and there are so-called societal standards. We didn't develop those traits in isolation of life - they were developed because of interaction with it.

It just seems like places like here, many people feel it's OK to say anything - as if it didn't matter at all. A la "Ashlee Ryder" etc. So ya, how you say things, and what you say *should* matter. If it doesn't, then why were many people here so bothered by Ashless Ryder? Basically, she refused to self-censor in any respect - she said exactly what she *wanted* to say.

PS - I'm not *demanding* anyone self-censor - only offering up that it is still a useful lubricant in human interaction - including in public places like blogging ...

just my two cents ...

respectfully submitted (and I mean that the same way you do ...)

JW

PS - I very much appreciate your viewpoint and the way you say things - you can still get your point across without demeaning anyone - and I don't really think *that type* of useful self-censorship interferes with your ability to say what you want to say. And that's all I'm saying.
