Howdy howdy howdy!

Greetings from fabulous Salt Lake City! Home of 3.2 beer, fry sauce, and bad polyester suits....Yours truly, is still on vacation (terrorizing the natives, looting pillaging etc.) But the allure of JU is just too damn strong to resist any longer! I.....must ........BLOG!

I have been watching some of the threads, and i must say that i picked a bad time to go incognito. I will get to you in due time!

As far as what i have been doing while on vacation....Lets just say i have been doing a lot of fishing, 12 oz. power lifting, a lot of sleeping, and spending quality time with my "exotic german girlfriend" (1982 Porsche 911sc Targa) and she's almost finished! I took her into the paint shop friday, and right now she's being disembowled and worked with a grinder. In about 2 more weeks the restoration will be 90% finished. I remember when i bought this car i would have it finished in six months....It's almost two years later!

If you folks ever get a chance to travel out this way (back me up here BlueDev) you might want to consider visiting the Uinta Mountains. I was up there over the weekend, and it is one of the most beautiful places in the world this time of year. Well worth the 60-mile drive from SLC.

Good to see you back! I was beginning to wonder.

Oh wow, the Uintahs are magnificent. A truly fabulous place to go. That is unless you plan on crossing Red Knob pass and Deadhorse pass in the same day. While it is snowing. In July. And you start to slide down a glacier. Then they get a little less beautiful and a little more imposing.

Seriously though, I have to admit. I miss Utah. Not all the time, and not everything about it. But I wouldn't mind just heading downtown to SLC again. Been a while.
