Didn't you know the Howards don't have to conform to the law.
Just as the PrimeMinister has used the public purse as his own private piggy bank....(who can forget $40,000 for 4 nights accomodation in Italy - including the use of a butler, or the wine cellar, or young Melanies wedding reception at Kiribilli House, or the fact that when everyone else had to suffer cutbacks in '96 the Howards were spending up big to stay in Sydney...the list is almost endless.)
