I just traded for Frictionless Clothing but it doesn't show up!

I traded the Alexians for Frictionless Clothing, but when I go to trade with someone else, it does not list it in my assets. What gives? Also, I know I have seen more than one race with these "one-of-a-kind" trade goods. Doesn't make sense. :notsure:

You essentially received a license to use frictionless clothing from the alexians (get the moral bonus), but it doesn't let you trade it to other civs. This is why it doesn't show up in the diplomacy screen.
The reason that you see other races with the same items is that there is still a bug allowing different AIs to build the same trade goods. :(

OK, thanks for the clarification. :)

No, if the owner of the trade goods is wiped out, then noone that doesn't already have the good can get it.

i thought that if you conquered the planet thta built the trade good you got ir automatically.

that would suck. The Scottlingas have Diplomatic Translators and aren't willing to trade for anything less than my left testical.

Destroy their fleet and mass some ships around their homeworld, they'll then be willing to negotiate.
