Yes..once a person is adopted, they legally become part of that family, so it would be, IMO.

I think I should explain myself here. Say a man and a woman have a relationship, then their parents' decide to start a relationship, well they had the relationship first, so I do not think in this instance that it is incest. The end.

Ok... that looked bad.. i asked that because the girl down the street is writing a book and used something like that and she asked me and i thought I'd ask you all for some help on that one.
Actually, I knew a couple in England who were adopted brother and sister, and they got married and had kids.  His family adopted her when she was 8 or so, and they grew up together...she got sent to a detention home because she coudn't behave, he went to visit her, they kissed at the end of the visit, and took ot from there.  There's no law against it in the UK because they're not blood relatives...but I still think it's sick.  I'm adopted, and I can't imagine even finding my brothers attractive.....urrrgh, it's enough to make me hurl!

That's not adopted brother and sister, though...that's stepbrother and sister...and in that case, then I wouldn't say it was incest, either. But take a case like my ex and his sister....they are both adopted, so biologically they share no DNA....but after they were adopted by the same family, they became legal relatives, so it would legally be considered incest for them to have a relationship.
