8. How are you today?
It's friday before a 3-day weekend. The weather is absolutely perfect (68 degrees, sunny, with a slight breeze). I have 3 cookouts to look forward to this weekend (good food, good friends, good times!). I have no pain nor discomfort. I would have to say I'm pretty darn great today.

9. What are you wearing?
a grey knit shirt, blue jeans, white sneakers. Oh, some white socks and grey boxer-briefs too.

10. What is the most recent CD you have bought?
Maroon 5, Songs About Jane (and i highly recommend it).

11. Do you have a hang-over?
Nope.

12. Is there anything fun to do there?
Only this. I'm goofin' off at work.

Nope

Lots of stuff...we go to festivals on weekends, I take the girls to the pool nearly every day, we go to the AF museum a lot, there are lots of historic sites in the area, etc.....

Not anymore (Lasik surgery)

A cape cod that is too big (I have rooms I don't use- it's a waste) that sits on 2 country acres.

Don't know- I've typically left for work by then.

Don't know.  I typically buy individual songs from iTunes.

Tons of stuff.  Lakes are warming up, fairs are starting, 4th weekend is here.  Life is also what you make of it.

Massive quantities of Diet Pepsi (mental note: buy stock in Pepsico), and when I want something stronger I'll add a shot of Malibu to it.

Yup, have all my life. Too scared for Lasik, beside insurance wouldn't cover it and I can think of things I'd rather spend money on

an old one that we are doing lots of remodeling on (hey, I signed up to instantly learn carpentry on Muggaz's "There is No Spoon" article....what happened?)

Yes! I love birds, I have so many bird feeders up and my hubby complains that the birds are eating us out of house and home. My favorite "visitors" are a pair of pileated woodpeckers (think Woody Woodpecker) that like to snack on the suet that I put out. Those guys are bigger than my 19 month old son! Or at least they look that way. They have an obnoxious chirp too that they use to let me know that the suet is all gone. They have woken me up at 6am before, but hey, a bird's gotta eat too.

Warm and humid....FINALLY!!!!

7. If you were on an desert island and you could have 4 people/items what would they be and why?
If I ended up on a desert island that would mean something horrible had happened and I while I would miss my family terribly I wouldn't want them to suffer so I definately wouldn't want them there with me. I would want a satelite phone, a water purifying system, a comprehensive set of tools, and a food source (maybe a good fishing pole).

Extremely happy that it's Friday and I have a four-day weekend ahead of me if I can only get through the next six hours!

9. What are you wearing?
t-shirt & jeans (dressed down for Friday-usually I wear a non-t-shirt type shirt and jeans!)

I don't buy cds. I usually buy mp3's online if I have to have a song that I don't already have. Way back in 1998 I bought a Cake cd (Fashion Nugget). I think that must of been the last one I actually bought. I loved that cd...leant it to a friend and she let it get stolen. It was a good cd too, I like all the songs on it even.

11. Do you have a hang-over?
Nope. I decided I'm getting too old for that crap. When I get a hangover, I really get a hangover and I've got too much stuff to do so I just don't drink too much. It's a hard thing to do sometimes, but I've managed so far.

12. Is there anything fun to do there?
You can make anything fun, the question is, would it be worth the effort? Sometimes I'm too lazy to have fun!

Nah. It's a slow day anyway and I've got to pass the next five hours and forty eight minutes somehow...
