Why do their have to be groups in school?

Have you ever went to school for the first time ever. When you walk in no matter what grade their is always someone who comes up and starts talking to you. At first you don't care your just happy that you have someone their that will talk to you. So you stay with them and meet all of their new friends. At first is doesn't matter untill you get into junior high. In junior high you start seperating into smaller groups. Your either popular or not. You know that everyone talks about you and you don't know which group to go to. You make the not popular people group. You have the most fun you could ever have. But you meet some popular people on the internet and start talking to them. Then they tell all their friends what you say. You feel stupid. Then you reach high school and it is a new ball game. Their is so many groups that you fit into. You stay with your true friends still and you just go on with your life.

I know if your not in the popular group have you ever wondered. Have you ever wondered what it would be like to be popular? I know you love your friends but don't you wonder. What it would be like to have everyone to be you. You think you are the best thing ever. You know that it will never happen though.

Also why is it you always end up talking about the popular people. You know what i mean. You always say how much you hate them. Why? why do you hate them so much it isn't their fault. They are just like the not so popular group. They do the same things we do. It isn't their fault that they made those certain friends. Their should just be one group of people no matter what way they act. Or what group they are in. Everyone is suppose to be the same in this world but it never seems to happen that way. I know i probably make no sense to some people but i hope i make sense to at least one person cause that is all that I am looking for. Well that is all i have to say.

It's part of the development of the human mind. During adolescence we place a higher emphasis on social relationships. At a certain age we all get past this stage in our development and slowly become a lot more independent.

However, it turns out that there will always be people who are more popular than others. Be it because of looks, money or connections, there are people who naturally find themselves on the top of the social ladder. And the 'less blessed' of us will find ourselves surrounded by people who are similar to us in socio-economic status, interests and life stage.

I'd always thought that the bitchiness and social climbing that goes on at school ONLY happened at school. Sadly it continues out in the so-called adult world. The trick is to find what it is that makes you happy, be confident in your choices, and not give a f**k what others tell you about how you should be and what you should want out of life. In this way the other groups of people who will either want to make you a carbon copy of themselves, or deride you for your different way of life will fade into insignificance. And you can be happy.

High school sucks, man. I wouldn't EVER go back (you know, if some time travelling device was made available to me). Keep your chin up and be proud of who you are. You won't even remember half these people in 10 years time!
