Overall morality scores .. and top 25 scores..Bug or not a bug??? that is trhe question

ummm... Shouldn't the Overall Morality scores reflect the same as the General Top player scores..

If so then there is a problem because they don't .. even the total number of games is out..

Another thing.. I just submitted a new game to the metaverse...

and my score doesn't reflect it.. teither to my number of games.. prior to submitting I had 71 games submitted according to the top25 list.. and it should now read 72 shouldn't it.. after submitting another game ??? Very Strange...

The score should have updated immediately. Sometimes the number of games doesn't update correctly but will with the next submission. Two games ago, my score updated, but my number games did not. The next game the score updated and the nubmer of games went up by 2.

If your score didn't update and the game doesn't show, then try resubmitting the game.

to expand on the first part of my original message

my record according to TopPlayers Overall score

Games Score
71____891337

when I select the morality setting
Evil 37____690974
Neut 18____158582
Good 10____286480
All. 55____911739

when I add evil neut and good it comes to
55____1136036
not at all what ALL comes up with.. and Totaly different to my total overal score on the top25 players list

Weyrleader: thanks for the info
when I check my personal score summary sheet it does show my latest game submition.. but because the number of games submitted is different in the Top25 scores list I don't know if my score has been added in ??? as my score fluctuates so dramaticaly due to blocks where I have no games submitted in..

My main original Query was about the first part of my msg though.. where looking up the morality splits doesn't tally up with what it should be

Hmmm, the game count is strange, but I understand why the scoring might not add up. Say you had all of your good games in one month, then lots of empty blocks. It would be a much lower score than playing one good game a month filling each block. The square root function doesn't take as much away from you when they are divided up into good/neutral/evil, then the scoring is applied. I suspect the same would hold true if you looked at your games divided up by size (tiny/small/medium/etc).

Count the number of chaotic Evil and chaotic good games. That is what is missing :)

Interesting I did not check that one myself. Thanks J.T.Qwerk for pointing that out. Hopefully they will find time to correct this oversight. :p
