I'm starting to feel like the stereotypical inattentive husband. You know; I come home from work, eat the dinner you've slaved over, give an obligatory peck on the cheek and then fall asleep on the couch while watching sports. And then maybe later a quickie before snoring the rest of the night away.
I haven't had the time to spend here at Joeuser that I would like to. I'm falling behind. I don't 'recognize' half the people anymore, and others have fallen behind or out of the game, completely. I'm not responding to others like I used to, and I can't keep up with all my buddies' blogs like I'd used to.
But, work is going good, and I am really liking my job. I hate the morning hours, but am slowly getting used to being up at 5 in the morning. It's becoming 'normal' to me now. Downside? I've had way too much coffee in the past 2 weeks. Upside? I'm meeting a lot of new people, who are slowly becoming friends. Downside? My whole body is aching from the inactivity of my job. I am literally sitting on my ass all day long in front of a computer. Funny, I've never noticed that sort of pain while blogging for hours.
The best thing about it all? I got paid today. This money doesn't have to go anywhere. My responsibilities are taken care of, and we can have fun if we chose to do so. What should I do?
