Pervasive Economy and Insurgency

1) How does Pervasive Economy work? Do i get credits whenever another player buys a ship/building/upgrade? Or dose it work only on sales done on the black market? How about the trade part?

2) Does Insurgency mean than random fleets are created and constantly attack the enemy, or this only happens on enemy planets affected by my culture?

Insurgency Affects all their systems, it's a random factor,some players will try and sound tough and say "Ohh yeah i love the free experience " but everyone knows it's annoying as hell to have units pillaging your resource planets, and if your enemy build defenses back there then thats supplies going into static emplacements and not ships.


From the wording Pervasive economy sounds like only the Black market, 20% of all Purchases of anything seems a little over powered. even as it is i'm rolling in cash with Pervasive economy, not that i wasn't already with trading posts
