Would love to join/create a clan

Would love to create on or even join on that is active. I would love to see the community grow on this game and with the devs being so involed, I think we would playing this game for awhile. Well ill be keeping an eye out for some clans. If not ill post later that I will be creating a clan.

If you choose to create a clan, the modcraft.net forums (connected to the clansofSin.com website, which isn't fully up yet) will be more than happy to provide you with a forum space.

Pink space Ponies does not have a clan set up as of yet, all those who are Secret Ponies are members of clans already so they can't join/set up the Space Ponies...

You have your own domain and forums already. So that in effect is your clan home. Anyway, the guys would likely try to kill me and surely kick me out of the GE clan but you are always welcome at ClansofSin.com if you guys are going to be serious about clan stuff.

heck I offered full hosting to the GE clan for free (they could have even had a full domain pointed at it but chose to stay with the modcraft forums)
I do not have enough time to effectively recruit and develop membership as I am busy developing content for the site as well as several others.
I do however have clan services established and want to add more. It is kind of pointless to set up the tournament announcements and challenges section when there are no clans even linking to or from pinkspaceponies at the moment.
I am trying to make it a gathering place for the various clans, that will take time and effort I know.
The work I do on line has never before been geared toward gaming and so I am a little behind the curve.
Not even sure what “serious about clan stuff” is really supposed to mean. Sins is the first multi player game that I considered good enough to grab my attention and keep it for more than a week.
I happen to be good at researching for resources that are difficult to find and putting them together. (such as enabling groups to have total control over their own site without having to resort to Hugh out of pocket expenses)
Now getting 25 people together for Saturday night to play a game.. I usually find out about it an hour after the game is over..

Hmmm.... You should become more active with GE then. It has games going on every day and often full ones at that. As far as "serious about...." what I meant by it was fully committed to supporting the cause and building resources for it as well as shouldering the financial aspects as needed. Some people talk a good game but vanish after a week or so many many would never invest money into a gaming community. Not that I'm implying you are such a caliber of person given your history with the community. Those are general statements based on my experiences.

Well so far I have put in about 100 hours or more into developing www.pinkspaceponies.com and have spent some money (not a whole lot) so I guess I qualify... Thank you BTW...

@Mike - Maybe we can start some "trouble" between GE and the other clans with the Ponies and get some competitions going. I do have to say that given the GE clan practices every day and activly reviews games and updates tactical information as well as analyzes players with formal AAR posts -etc.. I dont think any other clan is up to challenge them right now. That could be your angle from drumming up "business" with the other clans. The GE is very elitist and professional and many people dont like those type of clans -hint, hint..

On a personal note, I know you are committed to PSP and I applaud your creativity but truth be told I dont know any normal guy gamer that would want to be associated with "pink" anything, let alone "ponies" due to the social stereotypical elements and associated manly cultural orientation. Traditional ideas of masculinity and femininity run heavy in gaming culture.

@Monk - No worries brother i fully understand. I'm in the same boat with my work load.

Not a bad idea 1Spartian, We could be like the Illuminati of the universe, having once been the equivalent of The Knights Templar of The GE, now betrayed and sent into hiding..

And I know what you mean about the "Pink" of course we could say "are you Manly enough to be a "pink" space Pony?

Say Ron, if we share links and cross reference some information perhaps we could spread the work load around and both benefit.

My strong suits are raw research and indentifying patterns.
