Thank you Sir Peter Maxwell
hehe...for introducing me to JU
Then Petey started his love song stage ( a stage I personally miss!) and at that time not only did he amaze everyone with his excellent singing voice but he dedicated a love song to me (awww!). A Wet Wet, classic, Love is all around! Now as the song was dedicated to me I felt it only fair that I leave a comment for Petey, thanking him for this thoughtful declaration of love, even if it was just because he wanted to mount me! The first comment, and the first pull to JU!
A few days later I checked back and there was a few more comments between Dan and Petey mostly, and as the topic was me (kind of) I decided I should put my opinions forward. Petey started to encourage me to start a blog of my own, now at first I wasn't really in to the idea. i didn't think I'd have anything to write about, and from what I've seen there are some fabulous writers on the site, so why would anyone want to read anything I write? So even though Petey kept encouraging me I declined his offer. I still kept leaving comments on this article though, and I started reading other peoples blogs and Dan also encouraged me to join, so with a little persuasion, I decided what the heck, after seeking approval off Kermit of course, I'll start a blog and see what happens, if I'm bad, I'm bad. So I started this lovely blog. Now at first I thought the site was quite clicky, everyone knew each other and had formed friendships. So it was quite daunting (is that the right word?) but everyone (most people) were so friendly and it's nice to have feedback on what you write. I like reading about other peoples lives and what they get up to. I even enjoy some healthy debates. So it was all good fun. When I joined it was about the same time as the, ' What I think of you all', articles, which i didn't really understand, but they were insightful to see how people were percieved on the site. I decided to keep a low profile and that's what I did. I read a few blogs and commented and slowly but surely I've met some really nice people! People I would never normally meet, and it's nice to learn about them and how they live, plus there is just some truely fantastic writers here.
Kermit thinks I'm really sad for liking this site. He wonders what people find interesting about reading an article about a complete strangers life, and when it comes to my life i wonder the same thing. People can't possibly find me interesting. As sad as he thinks it is, he is a regular reader of my blog, and I think he quite likes it, because he gets to know things he normally might not get to know. Hmm....like I think he is absolutely adorable, and even though i'm annoyed with him I think he's the shit. That I'm going to miss him like crazy when he goes, and it makes my heart ache just thinking about it. I'm so not looking forward to tomorrow, it just sucks
Anyway off topic, this is a thank you to the great Petey for introducing me to JU, and just for you Petey, *cough* this site would cease to exist if it wasn't for the great one himself, Sir Peter maxwell, hehe! I'm also glad to know some really lovely people, without them JU would be nothing. Yes I know, I'm a good girl
*Please take this article as you would take Peter Maxwell*

. Yeah, I totally agree with you about the great Sir Peter Maxwell. In fact, I first became curious about JU after reading Sir Peter's blogs big time. And Capt. Cornbread's. Also Tangled Wishes (where has she gone?). Then I checked out some of the others. And found there were quite a few really cool bloggers on here: Muggaz, WiseFawn, CareBear, Jess and Dyl. Just too many to name. So that's how I ended up starting my own blog too.
, you are, dear child, utterly brainwashed by SPM's histrionics.
