Gamestop freebie

I preordered from Gamestop and I was supposed to get a free download of a GalCiv skin from Stardock. I haven't heard anything yet. Does anyone know what the deal with this is?

I think what you're looking for is in the Downloads section of the GalCiv website, at the bottom of the page.

That said, I didn't oder from Gamestop, so you could be after something totally different.

I looked and I don't think that is it (the one on the downloads page is a shareware version link). I wrote to gamestop but haven't heard back yet. I don't mind waiting for it, I just want to know what's going on. The only reason I preordered from gamestop was that freebie. I wated a few extra days for this glorious game for that freebie! I deserve it!
