I can't colonize jack becuase I dont have enough "Antimatter"

Antimatter is what all activated abilities use and recharges gradually. You probably don't have enough to use colonize due to some of it being taken up when jumping to another planet.

Alright, thanks. So if I just leave my ships and just let them relax by a planet for a while, it will be able to colonize it?

yep , secret is to keep the colony ships 1 jump back so they always have enough to colonize the next world.

or send it to the sun so it recharges faster. but send some stuff to protect it.
