weird thing with SD tools -> lookup serial number.

a week ago I used tools -> lookup serial numbers, to get my galciv2 serial number and just ~30 minutes ago I did it again (tools -> lookup..) and both the sins and galciv2 serial numbers sent were different to the ones sent a week ago.

I just used the support site (has the option to check serial numbers) and it sent me the same serials sent a week ago and not the ones stardock tools->lookup serial numbers sent me ~30 minutes ago.

its all the same email and the keys are totally different (the ones sent today via tools dont even look like proper serial numbers compared to stardocks other games).

Basically in the mean time it might be better to use https://www.stardock.com/support/

oh okay, I didnt know it accepted and sent out two different serial numbers per game (as in 4 different serials in total for sins and galciv2).
