Preorder download virgin question

Ive been browsing the website for a week now, and decided to preorder the game (via download, rather than delivery since US>UK shipments in the past have, well, hurt the wallet!)

Anyway this is my first preorder download delivery ive ever done, i was expecting to order it & it would give me a number & application to download it with, or just some kind of application to download it all with.

But ive ordered it, ive got an email with a receipt saying its ordered... thats pretty much all ive got, what happens next?

Side note, i downloaded the SD Central application that came up while registering for the forum thinking i could put my login on there & it would give me a summary of what ive ordered etc but i guess the SD Central & SD Store accounts are seperate since i cant login to my storage account there.

You'll get a serial number sometime today. This will be used to get the download to appear in stardock central.

Yep, you only have an order confirmation for now as the late (post beta 4) preorders won't be charged until this afternoon. Once you are charged you'll get a serial to put in SDC and download.

Dam ... it's 18:45 here and still 5+ h to go .. atleast what the countdown says. DAM
Edit: Sttange .. You ppl say youre dloading Sins ... but here in Europe its stil showing v0.7

That's becaue you must register your serial @ SD central. When you get it emailed to you, that is.

BTW, forget about that clock, the game has been released. Some people are downloading already. There's a faq around here, you might want to read it if you have further questions.

Edit: Sttange .. You ppl say youre dloading Sins ... but here in Europe its stil showing v0.7

Make sure you have SDC set to the US-1 server in it's internet settings.
