How to Download The Game?

Ok, this is the first time i have purchased a stardock product. as such, i have only just downloaded SDC. ok, looks good. now, how do i get the download? do i click 'games' and it will be there? I have pre-ordered the game through the stardock website, so will that link through to my SDC? Ive got the email that says 'thankyou for buying, your purchase is being processed. Im guessing the prossess is for the cd that is getting sent to me. what about the download? will SDC 'know' that i have already pre-ordered the game?

I had the same question.
Stardock will mass email people the cd keys once they get the sign to go ahead.

oh awesome, so i just input the cd key into SDC, and it will recognise that i have bought the game, and let me dl?

when i say 'order key' i mean the 22 digit alpha-numeric code that comes with the 'recepit' of your order. is this the cd key?

i especialy like option of bounty saves up lots of time
one thing i don't get though how big can galaxy be? i'm assking cozz well i did not like GC size not even HUGE because they allways ended up beeing too small :)


as to above: no it is not your serial key you will get it later

You can mod the game by simply editing .galaxy files in notpad and just change a few numbers.
The game engine itself isnt limited, so you could have 100 stars with 1000 planets if you wanted, but i doubt you would want to spend the rest of your life in a single game-session while getting square eyes :P

i have played Dune2 on sega for 6 days straigt(lost the last battle just cozz lost it and fell asleep :( ) and me not gona even say whats my longest gaming time ever or you'll call some nice people to have me put in white robes and sent to a mental hospital

Once the download is posted in SDC, we'll process all the queued preorders and send out emails with the serials.
