I think best buy is right as the countdown timer shows the game is ither coming out at 11:59 pm on the 4th or right at 00:01 on the 5th ither way that's pritty much the 5th to me.

it is released on the 5th, it just ships on the 4th.... so it will arrive at your house on the 5th

it is released on the 5th, it just ships on the 4th.... so it will arrive at your house on the 5th
