Question about how my computer now can run the game

from Sins Forums
I was wondering if any of the beta testers or anyone at stardock could give me and estimate at to what setting I can play sins on with my computer. AMD Phenom 9600 3.2 Ghz Quad Core, Nvidia GeForce8600 GTS 256mb, 2gb ram, asus motherboard alienware manufactured.
Thanks it would be nice to know in advance what I would be able to play on to give advice to my other friends that I introduced them to this game.

8600GTS isn't so great but it really depends on the resolution. Right now you won't have much of a problem but there's a lot of high-res stuff in the final build.

You'll probably run it fine though, as long as you're not running dual 30" monitors at 1600x1200 or something.

lol no i just have a 19 samsung 1600:1 contrast ratio. Ya i was thinking about upgrading to an 8800 later in time but the ultra is mad expensive and i was thinking about just buying a hdtv instead but thanks for the advice

this game's hardware reqs are insanely low :) you could probably play it on an old atari console hooked up to a screen :D
and thats without turning down the graphics from max! horray for optimization!
