How to add an image to the network login

Did you go into User accounts (From control panel) and click "Change your Picture?
Otherwise, it's a hack . . you may have to live with it the way it is.

That only changes the image of a certain user. But the square above isn't the image of any user. It's an image for the login.

I'm qite sure I've already seen this screen with an image, but I don't remember where...
