Subscription Problems

When I went to download a new dream for my vista, I was told I needed to subscribe. So, I did and downloaded the browser. However, everytime I go to download a dream, I get the same "need to subscribe" screen. I get this both in the wincustomize browser and my IE browser. Any help?
