Bah! If I hadn't already bought the game from GamersGate when it released, I'd be all over this. On another note, will I be able to buy the next expansion (AMOC) through TGN, or will I need to get it from gamersgate still?

We'll be posting Born of Blood soon. Unfortunately I just couldn't get it online this week.   

We may have the next expansion, but it's too soon to tell.

Thanks, I was wondering about the expansion. Also, re-buy the game. I do this, and I find that the "easy-ness" factor of owning things through stardock, far outweights the added expense. I have done this several times, and i don't worry about cd's again.

The downside to buying it here, however, is that the publisher has just announced a collector's edition, with SOTS and BOB, plus extra goodies like a soundtrack/art/etc CD and a novel. For $30... And there's no way to just buy the extras. Unless the expansion's a single token here, it looks far, far better for newcomers to buy the collectors edition... Not a good situation to be put in, eh, Yarlen?

It's up to the individual consumer. Some people don't care about that stuff. We're good either way - we leave it for the publisher/developer to decide.

Its good to see that Born of Blood is finally available, but 24.95? Gamersgate has it at 19.95 and I thought it would be the same on TGN. :NOTSURE:

I'd like to use my spare tokens on this and SotS - is there any chance of bundling/discount for both?

it says born of blood is version 1.00 at stardock, but the developers (is it lighthouse or something?) of the game just announced version 1.41 or something like that was available.
ive already asked the stardock support about this issue.
i hope stardock intends to supply us with the newest updates? :)
if there will be a bundled version of sots + add-on for 30 bucks, soon -- well, it would be really cool if the stardock price of 5 tokens would be somewhat 'adapted'.
dont get me wrong, i really like stardock!
have bought a coupla games so far and will continue to so so :)

We have v1.4.1 of Born of Blood.  Since there's no demo version, SDC will show 1.00 by default until you purchase it.

We don't have permission for a bundle, so I'll leave it up to you.  I would suggest just getting SotS for now, however. The price on BoB will go down a bit on Monday (waiting for legal red tape to clear before I can lower it).

But its 19.95 euros not 19.95 dollars unless they do dollars but I dont see it on the site.

They also do US dollars so its good value but this is dependent upon your country of origin. I remember reading that reasoning relates to tax requirements - as such euros are not a necessary financial outside of Europe.
