Icon-A-Day Rip?

In my web travels came across a shareware app that looks like it is using Icon#73 as it's app icon.

SirSmiley, maybe a PM to Mormegil would be appropriate before we go crazy here.  :NOTSURE:

yes PM an admin or Mormegil Directly as this may not be a rip, but could possibly may have permission. Posting unconfirmed rip posts could result in a flamefest that would do no one any good.

The Effort is appreciated tho. :)

Just emailed him.

Just a thought. If someone does sell/license something. Shouldn't they edit the description to reflect this? Might save some time/potential misunderstandings?

This would fall on the Purchaser or the user of the licensed item to express the Validity of their permission to use.

Such as we require Porters, etc to upload a Permission text when uploading a ported skin.

The authors responsibility is to to police those who haven't received permission, and offer a permission Grant to those who have received said permission/license.

To ask authors to constantly update each skins desc as it is licensed to others would be a huge burden and possibly diminish the amount of given port requests, as they would have to constantly go and edit the desc's over and over.
