mod ratings?

just a little curious, how do the mod ratings work? some have 3 stars and others have 5, so how exactly does that work?

It really doesn't get used much. Since users can't rate mods (that would be nice, but the metaverse/library is way below the web team's priorities), and I don't have time to play and rate every mod (Just check that they function and don't break the rules, mostly), most mods just stay at the default rating, which is 3. Sometimes a particularly good mod comes around that I or one of the devs do really like and get to use, and in those cases they get a higher rating.
