Yes the main search keyword used on the net is SEX and because of this people insert this word into content just to get better page ranking. 
That was how a site got noticed but who are you attracting and what good is it if you get higher page views but no business.
Honesty is still the best policy. Provide a good discription of your site and ensure it complies to basic web standards.
