I have seen that used before, it's either an object or widget. Been looking can't find it yet. You could always PM the skinner.

EDIT: It's a SysMetrix called Ripped by Fusion 3D, there's two, a regular and a small. They are in the Gallery Library here in WC.

Do you have the program Sysmetrix installed?

Not sure if a 5yr old skin will work with a new version of sysmetrix
