differences between xp and Vista

Hello ^^

I will like to know if the version 3.20A [rc] .003 of iconpackager is final or if there is a nearest update… makes some I noticed several anomalies which I wanted just to say it to help with the case or;)

To create a new package

1-on Vista 64bit, there is not the part "files personalized" before cursor

2-* a good part of the icons of xp disappeared under Vista (64bit)

  -* I notice that Vista icons are not all either under xp*****

Thus my question,

if one creates a package under Vista, is it compatible with xp?

And well on, under xp a package is it compatible with Vista?

Or then is necessary it to create two packages different on the same topic to satisfy all the world?
