Theme Manager doesn't apply Object Dock themes

On p. 16 of the documentation that comes with Object Desktop it says that Theme Manager can apply third party programs "such as Object Dock." Initially Object Dock Plus did not show up in Theme Manager at all, even though it was installed and running. After I "installed" it again via SD Central, it appears in Theme Manager's applications frame, but Theme Manager doesn't seem to be able to find or apply any of the Object Dock themes - this is true of the themes that came bundled with Object Dock as well as those I've downloaded later. Also, when I save a desktop as a .suite file, it doesn't save the Object Dock configuration. It seems from your documentation that it should be able to do this.

The later versions of Object Dock have been structured differently. Dockthemes are no longer (for now) Supported. DockZip is the new format.

I usa this on Vista Ultimate 64bit and the only thing the theme manager is able to do when I apply ANY theme is to chagne the theme to the Windows "Classic" version (i.e. gray windows, blue background, etc.) Themes do not seem to be applied in any way even though i can see them to choose them and apply.
Any ideas?

Is there some way to easily convert the old object dock theme formats into the new ones?
