Build a program from scratch after years of schooling??

Yes, and seriously, write your own program. Well, that's not going to work either unless you allready have the tools to do it. Guess not.

Maybe someone will reply that knows of a free program.

Hm... but how would I go about making the actual design for it? I tried using the demo for Objectbar and I could only choose what the design looked like from previous themes I had.

Well actually, I just read through that and still didn't find the answer I was looking for lol. Let me try and phrase this as descriptive as possible (I just want to let you know that I do not intend an attitude in this statement), how do I make the actually skin of the taskbar that can be imported for use in ObjectBar?

The people that design these programs spend hundreds to thousands of dollars for software and learning how to use it to create the programs.

$10, $20 dollars is nothing to pay to be able to do it fairly easily yourself with their programs. Sure, you need to learn a bit to do what you want, but not nearly what it takes to design the programs.

And more often than not, they make little or nothing from doing it compared to the time they put into it.
