Need help on wall paper

I have download the 3d wallpaper from the web site. After download it does appear file but i can't open the file. I do use other program to open but it show nothing. How to set the wallpaper on my desktop? Help me pls.

Put it in your windows folder and right click your desktop and click on properties and apply it there.  I assume you have XP.

I try ur idea WOM put it in the window folder, but in the desktop tab bar din have the 3d wallpaper that i have downloaded. OK the file that i downloaded, when i double click it, it shows need to choose a program to open it. If the file can open i just need to right click it then set it as background. Why my pc can't read the file.
I am using window xp but vista theme. Thanks for ur help guys.
