game keeps crashing

I got the game up and running. I get crashes at diffrent times, sometimes it will crash after 5 turns sometimes 20 turns go by. I downloaded and have smartexception running. I don't know if it is submiting a exception report or not. I hit the submit the exception button and nothing happens.

The same thing is happening to me. What should smart exception be doing that lets up know its submitting something? The most frustrating thing is that for some reason game crashes on my like 2-5 times an hour.:sniff!: Smart exception pops up but there isnt any log name or anyhting, it doesnt seem to do anything when i hit submit report. Plz can someone say what is the normal behavior of this program?
