The Need To Get Laid Hard

The back and hip have been bothering me a lot after 6 weeks on the road. This afternoon it was really annoying me so I decided that I needed to be laying down to try and ease things a bit. I tried the couch but that just wasn't nearly firm enough and made it worse. I tried the bed but that still wasn't good enough, so I tried the living room floor.

Ahhhhhhhh. That did the trick. I laid on the carpet with a pillow under my knees for a little while, stretching my back as far as possible. I stayed there for about 30 minutes or so and it really helped a lot. Maybe I need one of those gravity, hang upside down sort of things to stretch out my spine. Kinda hang like a bat for a while.

Hey, there was a cat lady in the D.C. area (80 years old or something like that) with 70 cats in her home.  The authorities came in and took 'em away.  I'm sure some of them would volunteer

Try doing the "cat stretch" yoga. Lie on the ground and support the upper part of your body with your arms. Slowly throw your legs behind and stretch till the calf muscles ache. Dothis a few times and see the difference.
