Can't buy Sins / DA with tokens?

Maybe others too?

Hey,

I bought a bunch of tokens and wanted to buy Sins and DA with them, but even though I have enough, I always get a "UserAgent cannot exceed 150 characters" error with both of them.

Interestingly, I was going to buy another game with tokens and I could've swore I got an "Are you sure" type message. However I just now tryied to reproduce it with other games which resulted in the UserAgent error for those games as well.

So far, I've tried buying the games with the Stardock client, IE, Firefox, Safari (Beta for windows), and Opera.. Not sure what's going on. :/

This is a strange one. Try logging out of the TotalGaming.net website using IE and clearing your cache, cookies and history. Restart IE and log back into the TGN website and try again. If you still have trouble, please put in a support ticket to [email protected].

Hmm, tried that, still get that error. Also just tried with konquerer on my linux computer too. Ah well. I emailed support yesterday, hopefully they'll get back to me soon. :/

That error is a known issue, which the web devs are working on. You would be better served to e-mail [email protected], explain what you tried to do, the error you received and that you need to have Sales do a manual order for you.
