This past Saturday, my good friend Jason, who runs Hybrid Martial Arts here in St. Cloud, FL, had his second belt promotion with nearly 30 students going up in rank.  Every one of the students did a fantastic job and I was very honored to be present to assist with this event.

Near the end of the belt promotion, I wanted to do a breaking demonstration with 4 concrete slabs.
