From another thread:

n Vista: C:\Users\Public\Documents\Stardock\WindowBlinds
In XP: C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Documents\Stardock\WindowBlinds

thanks for the info

new Question:

Can I move them to C:\Program Files\Stardock\Object Desktop\WindowBlinds

and if not Do I put all the Skins I saved into this folder
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Documents\Stardock\WindowBlinds


and do you know way Stardock did this the last time I had to do a re-install they all was in the right place C:\Program Files\Stardock\Object Desktop\WindowBlinds

The location where WB looks for skins is set by two registry keys. They must be set to the same directory.

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Stardock\WindowBlinds\wb5.ini\Installed\Path

and

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Stardock\WindowBlinds\wb5.ini\Installed\Path

If you want to put your skins elsewhere then you can change those keys and copy ALL of the directories off the current WB skin directory to that directory.

This should answer your other question.
