From the beta 3 FAQ:

Vista:
C:\Users\<Your Username>

XP:
C:\Documents and Settings\<Your Username>

C:\Users\

nope, got no such folder.

I dont have any "appdata" folder anywhere, the user file (which is called "user") has two files within it, neither are appdata.

Then just search your machine for a folder named "Ironclad Games". It should turn it up wherever it is.

you people arent hearing me!

I've searched for every one of those folders in my comp, it never ever ever shows up. I've done search feature, I've done manual searches, I've looked under user etc. nothing.

Maybe you must change the File/Folder Options, so that you can see hidden folders

While on the subject (sort of) could someone tell this newb how you actually record games? I can't see the facility to do it, and a search of the boards didn't prove helpful.

Thanks.

Hertston,
You don't have to do a thing. Games are recorded automatically

Well, it's gotta be there someplace. Game has to save it's stuff somewhere.

Thanks, Craig.

Schod, try first enabling hidden folders as aldarian suggested (it's within one, on XP anyway). Then play at least one game (no need for a full one, just abort) then do a search on "Record[" (without quotes, obviously). Check 'properties' on any of the results and that will identify the location of the correct folder. I missed it initially because there are 'Ironclad Games' folders in both 'Admin' and 'All Users' folders (XP) - the recorded games folder is in the 'Admin' one while the licensing info is in the 'All Users' one.

Fighters don't launch in some storms...

As for tactics I play Eve-Online (4 years) and have played space strategy games going back all the way to the GENIE PRE-BBS, PRE-Internet dialin network (Im showing my extreme age here) LOL
