Can't upload my wallpaper :S

Hi, I've been trying to upload my wallpaper for a while now but whenever I try I get this

"Your skin has failed to upload.
When uploading a new skin, your Skin file must also be submitted."

I noticed that the system doesn't upload the actual zip file, it only uploads the preview image.

Any help would be appreciated.

I'm not sure yet, I hope WinCustomize are working on it. I only use the old system.

I've yet to have a problem uploading (save last weekend when they were having server issues) I must be one of the lucky ones
