How do i resize a downloaded cursor

I downloaded this cursor thing from a site and now i have it as a cursor.
But the problem is, that it's huge like im blind.

how can i resize it?

If you have CursurXP+ you can resize in the config.  On the foirst tab in the lower right, click the 'Options' Button.
If you have the free version, you can resize the cursor images in a graphics program.  Rename the CurXPtheme file to zip, and then you can access the images.

And, if that doesn't work- please move your monitor further away so that it looks normal.
