Stardock Central not recognizing my Port Royale II

I recently purchased The Buccaneer's Bounty and installed Port Royale II. When I log onto Stardock Central, it does not recognize that the game is installed on my computer. I thought maybe I have to register it first so I tried to. But when I try to put in serial number on the back of the CD, it tells me that it is invalid. Now there are some *** some numbers, letters and a / all in the serial number. Do I enter the entire thing or part of it?

It sounds like you bought the game at retail? If so, I don't believe we support retail copies of third-party games, only those purchased via TGN.

I believe the retail version of the game has the latest versions. They all came out several years ago.
