How do I create suites?

how do I turn a WB skin, iconpackager set and logon screen etc into a suite for easy loading? Do I need another program or can you o it in Theme Manager?

Hi Owen!
If you installed wb, ip, dx, logonstudio etc. You dont need any prog. , only Theme Manager. This allow , create own themes , just change elements if you want.Theme Manager
