LogonStudio isn't working!!!

I've been using LogonStudio for a year now and this is the first time that this has happened. Everytime I download a new login menu, it doesn't show the preview on the list. It doesn't even apply the changes, instead, it uses my previous login skin. Does anyone know what the problem is? thanks.

I'm sure someone with more detailed knowledge than I have will be along soon to help, but when I had this problem it was suggested to me to re-install Logonstudio. Not sure what causes it, but that corrected it for me.

Well I tried that already. Thanks anyway. I'm getting sick and tired of custom made skins made by me lol.

is thememanager involved in any of this? there were issues with TM saving to a different location than LS did.

are you saving the download 1st?

Yeah I saved the download and installed it from there. I have used thememanager a while ago...that was like two years ago.
