Hello!
Im new to this stuff...but intrested. I want to try making my own WindowBlind themes, but i dnno with what and how. Tried search but diddnt find anything useful. So if someone can tell me what programs should be used or post some tutorial pages or just tips etc.
Any help would be appreciated!

Hum to start off I think getting Stardock's program "Skin Studio" would be the first step. You can get either a Free or "paid Pro" version of Skin Studio off this site.

I am honestly not very good and experienced with making my own WindowsBlinds yet, but I think that Skin Studio would be a good program to start with.
